It would seem to me
That calories from a low/no fat food would be less detrimental than from a high fat food. That's why I started the thread, I don't know. Some diets say go ahead and eat as much fruit and vegetables as you want. I'm not truly dieting. I eat a burger on occasion. I don't get cheese on it and I'll eat it with lettuce in instead of a bun if possible.
