A calorie is a calorie, 1 calorie of a hamburger is equivalent to 1 calorie of
A pineapple. Now, you are going to get a lot more food as far as volume goes, if you eat just fruits and veggies. That is what really people are saying if they say eat as many fruits and veggies as you want and you wont gain weight. Now that maybe true if that truly is all you eat. But chances are you are going to eat fats and protein as well. Keep tracking like you have been but you should count your fruits. Veggies, i think you don't need to.

If you want to fit in a burger or treat into daily calories, there is nothing wrong with that.
