Not applicable here, but in some states (eg. AZ) they apply to any car you buy from a dealer. I got a used odyssey from
a dealer and the alternator went out a couple days later. They had to replace it. We drove that van for 8 years and over 100K miles after that with very few problems.

It’s time limited but it applies to any essential system to the functioning of the car. So A/C wouldn’t be covered, but anything that would make it so the car wouldn’t drive safely. Like the alternator in my case.

I know this doesn’t help you, but thought people should know in case they live in another state and bought a dealer “lemon”
