His life isn't ruined. He's not in jail. His neck isn't under a cops knee. He

may get fired due to the climate which would be unfortunate for him for sure. He may keep his job too. His life isn't ruined.

I just don't see the same passion and anger from most cougarboarders defending people who are dying from police. I see passion and defensiveness mostly in the opposite direction. It's upsetting. My perception is that our population on this board would be the population of moderate and conservative whites watching MLK Jr. in Selma and blaming him for stirring things up.

Wrong side of history type stuff.

I also believe that cops and white lives will be more safe in a less racist country and with less racist systems of law enforcement. I don't think this is about one side having to be less safe for the other to be more safe.
