Not once in my life. It makes me sick. It makes me sick when ANYONE uses it. If

we share a society, do we not have a voice to say "Hey...how about we just ALL stop using it?" Saying that the "black community" should work it out isn't very inclusive...it's their problem (and dare I say it sounds sort of racist?)...we are either one society or we are not. There shouldn't be different standards of what is acceptable in a shared society.
