IceCreamButt Intervention Needed

No one is comfortable with it, and you know it, many just believe it shouldn't

Cost people their careers or livelihoods. Many believe there is room for growth and improvement and we shouldn't just permanently label someone racist and cast them off. Many believe people can be a different person than they were 7 years ago or when they were a dumb teenager. That isn't comfortable with it.
