was expected to improve every year and really be at his best as a senior.
That's changed. We seem to be getting guys who come into the program fully developed. They play very well early. Then they either/or: A) Get hurt. B) Opponents figure them out C) Get mismanaged by the coaching staff.
Unfortunately I think C happens all too often.
These HS QB's go to so many camps, watch so much film and even have personal coaches that they are a different breed altogether than the guys from a generation ago. Because I was around when QB's developed all the way through their careers I keep getting my hopes up only to have them dashed.
