But it's the truth. Cast iron done right beats Sous Vide everytime.

Just use a meat thermometer. Perfect medium rare on the cast iron.

You can’t get coast to coast pink on a cast iron. Gray banding no matter what

132.5 degrees for 90 minutes then outdoor hot hot hot grill 1 minute max

Stick with NY strip, sirloin, Tri tip, or tenderloin. Avoid Ribeye
