I'd prefer they get rid of rainbows entirely and allow you to keep a few cuts.
I like to eat fresh fish, so I just hate the current rules mixed with the small amount of rainbows you catch there anymore. It's definitely more fun to catch a cut over a chub.
Utah doesn't have a good fishing lake anymore if you like to keep fish. They ruined Scofield about 15 years ago and now strawberry. Unfortunately Virginia isn't much better. Large mouth bass everywhere. They're fun to catch but awful to eat (unless you like the real fishy flavor).
