I went to a conference once where a guy talked about 20-30 year plans and how
dumb they were. He was talking about making a 200 year plan and setting up an estate that could pass along a little money to his kids, grandkids every year but never touch the goose that is laying the golden eggs, so to speak.
I imagine he is doing mostly real estate with a plan like that. I thought it was a pretty interesting way to look at it.
