The patch (for motion sickness) worked great for me. Never got sick once. Gave a few extras away to people suffering without one.

That’s my only advice. Didn’t care much for the experience (went to Mexico). I’d rather travel on my own.

One cool story: while in Mazatlan the circus came through the streets. Animals were chained to open air, flat bed trailers with enough slack in the chains to let the animals roam. This proved to be problematic for spectators when the circus entered narrow streets. Several of our fellow passengers suffered injuries from bears as their flat bed passed by.
