I visit here several times a year, and I’ve never seen this many borderline-homeless individuals, as well as people who are very clearly on something. We’ve been around multiple areas of the city today, and it’s pretty apparent everywhere that there has been a shift. Not sure if it’s the pandemic or if something is going on in the city right now... but there’s quite a few people looking very down on their luck. Maybe migrants from Las Vegas due to unemployment?
Either way, just looking a bit different. Maybe someone who lives here has more insight on why the demographics shift?
