Which makes small towns even more appealing.
I know St. George isn't a huge city, but enter a homeless shelter and everything changes.
I really think drugs have caused our nations homeless problem. Some of the mentally ill have also blown their minds on drugs. Some just want to get their next fix and don't want to change their lives for the better. How do you resolve that?
