I don't know where I stand on his comment (Skips). I agree that the QB needs to be the leader on and off the field for the team, but I also can't dismiss a person if they are truly struggling with depression. I have depression, albeit a mild case compared to what runs in my family, and those days are hard. It is hard to be a leader, it is hard to even get up and out of bed at times. This is a hard topic on Depression for me to give a clear answer.
What are your thoughts on this subject CB?
