The fact is, it’s possible to struggle with depression and still be able to function as an effective leader.
As a society there is a lot we need to do to address mental illness. A LOT.
The first thing is to get rid of the associated stigma. Which can only be done by discussing it openly.
That’s why I applaud public figures like Prescott (and Tanner Mangum’s) making these public disclosures.
