Wasatch Front housing prices: Is there any place along the Wasatch Front that is
NOT going up at a crazy pace? What about as far south as Nephi? As far west as Grantsville?
I ask the question because I hope to move to somewhere along the Wasatch Front in about a year when my youngest child graduates from high school Spring 2021. Could have moved in June 2015 but did not. Foolish, foolish choice looking back on it. My niece just sold a 59-yr old rambler (1200 sq ft, 2 bdrm, 1 1/2 bath) they remodeled inside for $280K in Layton. Bought it at $134K in 2015. That is just insane.

About 20 minutes east of Nephi, through the Canyon. They are very beautiful, but very rural, if you can handle rural.
