Neighborhood where most houses were 400K to 500K in 2007 to 2010
Not so low there were forced sales and not so high big volatility. Also less appreciation on the way up prior to 2008. There was kind of a hole between 500K and 800K without much inventory.

About 20 minutes east of Nephi, through the Canyon. They are very beautiful, but very rural, if you can handle rural.
