Ok, good to know. Tons of family in SL valley and no one mentioned this.
Granted, they were all staying put in their existing homes which they'd been in for awhile so they likely were not too savvy on prices fluxing.

About 20 minutes east of Nephi, through the Canyon. They are very beautiful, but very rural, if you can handle rural.
