This is by Divine Design. The Lord needs people in places other than the Wasatch
I remember Pres Hinckley in Arco Arena pleading with the Sacramento saints not to move out of state back around 1991/92. The saints have been flooding back to Utah in droves over the past 5-10 yrs.
Now apparently TNT is the lone voice in the wilderness telling people to stay outside of the land of Deseret.
Will be interesting to see how LDS handle retirement now that the default “we are moving back to Utah” is becoming significantly more expensive as a retirement destination.

About 20 minutes east of Nephi, through the Canyon. They are very beautiful, but very rural, if you can handle rural.
