An asset is anything that puts money in your pocket. A liability is anything
that takes money out.
I don't want anything taking money out on a monthly basis, it is the rich dad/poor dad philosophy.
I haven't had a car payment since I was 27, and I buy low mileage used cars and drive them for 10 years.
I save more on my usage and purchasing than a theoretical 3% loan vs market difference.
