snack until 10 or so. I guess I have an 8-10 hour eating window most days. I've never thought that it made any difference as far as weight loss. Similar to exercising fasted. I usually exercise fasted, and prefer it, but I don't think it helps me lose more weight when I do so. I also don't agree with the "fat burning zone" being a better way to lose weight when exercising. Weight loss is fairly simple. Its not easy, but it is simple.
