Look for used meat slicers at restaurant supply stores or on KSL.
Restaurants are dropping like flies. There’s a deluge of restaurant appliances hitting the market and there isn’t much demand. Happy hunting!

Did you have the meat partially frozen? Makes a big difference when slicing.
