Easy games to start the season with another easy game before elite P5 (or a bye week then).

Something like this (I'll add road to undefeated projections and more likely scenario projections):

Week 1: BYU vs. SUU (we should work SUU, DSU, and WSU into our early schedule if possible), likely 1-0 NR
Week 2: BYU vs. SJSU (mid-tier G5s should be in areas we want to recruit: CA, TX, FL), likely 2-0, NR but with a few votes
Week 3: BYU at Indiana (cupcake P5s on the road make it more difficult for P5 purists to talk smack), likely 3-0, Ranked 24-25
Week 4: BYU vs. UCF (upper tier G5 when we're 3-0 gets national press interested but is still winnable), 4-0 (#22) or 3-1 on down year (NR but with votes)
Week 5: BYU at USU (Friday, General Conference weekend), 5-0 (#19) or 4-1 (#25)
Week 6: BYU vs. Michigan State (first test coming mid-season with BYU ranked... if we lose we likely stay in top 25), possible 6-0 (#14), likely 5-1 (#23)
Week 7: Bye
Week 8: BYU at SDSU (I think 1-2 G5s should be with semi-rivals, e.g. old MWC foes or independents), 7-0 unlikely at this point #12, more probable 6-1 (#20)
Week 9: BYU vs. Texas (it's fun to play P5s we've played recently too), now undefeated is highly unlikely but would put us in top 10 and CFP conversation, 8-0 #9, more likely 6-2 and NR but with votes
Week 10: BYU at Army (winnable Indy on road before difficult home contest), 9-0 #8, more likely 7-2 #24
Week 11: BYU vs. Notre Dame (I know they're never coming to Provo, but this would be cool), 10-0 #4, more likely 7-3 NR but with votes
Week 12: BYU at UCLA, 11-0 #4, more likely 8-3 #23
Week 13: BYU at Northern Illinois (again a cupcake to serve as a bye/recovery week), 12-0 #4, more likely 9-3 #21
Week 14: BYU vs. Utah (ending the season with either an elite P5 or with the rivalry game, 13-0 (with 7 home games) #3, more likely 10-3 #18
