More than anything it’s the timing of the p5s. This goes to show that the p5
conference model makes a HUGE difference. Play 3 easy Ws while preparing for the 1 big non-con game and then Into conference play.
FBS football scheduling is not equal. We can’t schedule seasons like this or similar to it and get the same respect. Not a chance.
Also, remember you’d have 30 B1G and pac12 teams also go 3-0 with blowout wins as well.
This is an aberration and you live it up and love every minute but you don’t make it a long term strategy.
