Everyone breathes better through their nose when they take Afrin, regardless of infection status. But very few people
have the discipline to only take Afrin for 2-3 days. I've seen big holes in nasal septa from chronic Afrin abuse.
If Afrin were an investigational new drug in today's regulatory world, it wouldn't get past phase II trials. Bad drug.
