This is what I've been doing lately that seems to help
2 nights in a row with Afrin in one nostril, 2 nights in a row in the other nostril, then try to take a break for 2 days (saline flushes, prayer, hope for clear sinuses).
I'm going to try the Vicks thing and see if that helps
