Yeah, I know of the warnings, and I never use it more than 2 nights in a row.
And I don't recall a time I've ever used it more than twice in a month.
I'd do just about anything to breathe like this every day, though. It's great. That's why I mentioned deviated septum surgery. Mine is deviated, but last time I talked to my ENT (like 4 years ago) it didn't seem like my symptoms met the bar for surgery.
