I think hes referring to her own comments telling girls...

...you can do anything you want/put your mind to etc. Which can be a false narrative in certain situations. And relating to this very situation; can a woman rush for 1000 yds in a season at a D1 University? If she just works hard enough, puts her mind to it, will it happen?
