Have you watched BYU's sidelines during games?
They actually do cheer for each other. They do celebrate when good plays happen. They do get on each other when mistakes are made to correct them.

Are you saying BYU's football team resembles a girl's softball team? Is that the point you're trying to make?

Before the first BBall game - Pope commented that he told the players on the bench that they would need to do the cheering and pumping up, because there wouldn't be fans there. So the team would have to provide their own energy by cheering each other on rather than relying on fans. So I suppose BYU's basketball team also resembles a girl's softball team in your mind?

The gal has a point. Particularly when there are no fans in the stands, the team really has to rely on itself - on it's own players to provide the energy, get excited about good plays, encourage each other on, etc. Weird that she's the messenger. And I can understand why Vanderbilt is struggling given their circumstances - but the girl isn't wrong.
