So she can what? Be an “influencer”? Write a book about the one time she kicked in football? Motivational speaking? Nah,
I’d want my kids to build a livelihood based on something of actual substance or value to society.

She’s going to build a brand peddling... ‘if you work your hardest, you too can be a PR stunt for the worst team in major college football and kick one meaningless (and bad) kick and be famous for a week!’.

Come on.

I have daughters. But, the lie we tell kids - that they can be ANYTHING they want - is just that, a lie. Some things in life require certain physical traits and abilities that come with genetics or gender.

Now, will I tell my daughters that they can dominate any intellectual space and pursue virtually any career path per their hard work? Heck yeah. Can they make it to the NFL one day if they just push hard enough? Nope.
