It was a decent play call - but unnecessarily risky.

I think Wilson is fast enough, if he'd have headed for the first down marker at the far sideline, he would've made it. The only person who seemed to have a shot at him would've been the guy on Rex - and if he leaves Rex to go after Wilson, then it's a super easy toss over him.
