When I was diagnosed with colorectal cancer it was stage 3, but a couple years later it came back in my liver. I still think it’s amazing that the liver can regrow itself. I had 33% of it removed and now I have a perfectly healthy liver. I was 25 at original diagnosis, 27 when they found it in my liver. My 5 year cancer-free milestone is next month.
I agree- it was a long, hard journey but I look back and see only miracles and blessings.
