It's the AD job to convince the BOT and get the job done. It's funny how
teflon Tom doesn't receive more blame from CBers. If it's not his job why was he at the negotiations? Why did Chris Hill get praised for getting Utah into the PAC12? I understand it's not TH final say, but there are zero reasons why BYU wouldn't be doing everything possible to get into the BIG12. So, somehow after starting out as the number one option by ESPN and most other sporting news outlets, BYU failed. BYU did so bad at convincing the BIG12 to add BYU that the BIG12 added a team that nobody was talking about and brings less to the conference.
