Seriously, it isn't hard to learn how to frame. Find someone who knows electrical to do the electric work/put in the HVAC (HVAC shouldn't be crazy hard to do either). Do the insulation/sound proofing yourself. Put the drywall up yourself. Hire out the mudding. Tile the bathroom/shower yourself.
