I agree. I'll have a "permanently" locked door between the two sides. I think I

have a good floor plan worked out and it is very usable even if I don't rent. The only thing I would want differently if I wasn't going to rent it out is to have one more bedroom instead of the second kitchen. But for resale, I think that should be a net positive.
