I once was curious what Div-I tennis looked like. And, being a BYU fan, I was particularly interested in BYU.
So I found some YouTube videos of matches. Even when it involved big names and big stakes, it looked like almost nobody was there to watch. Appeared true for schools like UCLA, which I believe is a very highly regarded tennis program.
There's been an interesting growth in amateur tennis interest on YouTube. Several Channels that just take two random match players and cut from serve-to-point so a whole match can be watched in like 20 minutes.
All that said, I guess I'm not actually going to go watch a BYU tennis match myself. It's just a time-vs-other-opportunities thing.
