If I were PAC commissioner, I would immediately reduce the conference schedule to 8 games, push again for an OOC alliance with the B1G. Ally with the B12 if the B1G isn't game. Shoot for frequent and consistent PAC games in Las Vegas, Arlington, Houston and perhaps San Antonio, Kansas City and New Orleans.

Reorganize the PAC networks into a single network and offer network ownership to ESPN, FOX, CBS, and NBC.

Move conference headquarters and PAC network office out of California, probably to Las Vegas.

I would also push member schools to play a critical mass of OOC games against Hawaii and BYU, and always get three PAC-controlled games on the schedule during Week 0.
