Both schools were part of Larry Scott’s failed vision
What is CU relevant in? How does utah fit into the culture of the conference?
10 years in and utah continues to draw validation from and claim relevance because they a member of the PAC12. Whereas the PAC12 conference draws validation and relevance because schools like USC & UCLA are members of it. USC and UCLA are relevant regardless of which conference they belong to. Utah is only marginally relevant because they are members of the conference. Inviting them was Larry Scott’s mistake and doesn’t imply they belong.
Same with WSU and OSU.
