Household groups have to be 6 feet apart including when entering and leaving, is
the requirement, but it probably comes down to the costs associated with staffing and operating with fans there as indicated.

It is incredibly expensive to staff and operate an arena with fans as opposed to no fans for event. It’s a $$ decision

We run an arena and stadium in my city- I know the costs, and we don’t donate the concessions $$ like BYU
