USU is using extremely scaled down operations.
All tickets must be purchased in advance, only 2 entrances open, limited ushers, no concessions. There wouldn't be much expense with operating in this manner.

It is incredibly expensive to staff and operate an arena with fans as opposed to no fans for event. It’s a $$ decision

We run an arena and stadium in my city- I know the costs, and we don’t donate the concessions $$ like BYU
