A guy I know posted today about his first brisket and how tasty it was. Good thing he busted out that cookie sheet to
keep the juices from going everywhere.
As a side note, if any of you in eastern Utah got hit with an unexpected winter blizzard today, it was probably due to the moisture evaporation levels from this dude’s brisket.
