When does the no dogs policy go in to affect? Because I flew Delta last weekend and both flights had stupid yappy
dogs on them. I just put my headphones in, but come on people, enough is enough. Leave your dumb dog at home or ship it.

Some jackass brought a pitbull on my flight and is letting the dog roam back n forth within a few rows with no leash.

Delta. The dog was eventually asked to be set next to the owner but at no point should any dog be off of a leash

The only exception should be legitimate, certified service animals. And those shouldn't be pitbulls.
