Some jackass brought a pitbull on my flight and is letting the dog roam back n forth within a few rows with no leash.

Delta. The dog was eventually asked to be set next to the owner but at no point should any dog be off of a leash

The only exception should be legitimate, certified service animals. And those shouldn't be pitbulls.
