I have to think that 10-15 years from now, when you want to sell a house you’ll

just sell directly to Zillow or Redfin. They’ll develop the technology to be able to just offer you an instant amount that’s as good as you could do selling on your own or through a local broker. Or something like that. I just look at the model under which residential RE operates and I think there’s just no way it’s not totally disrupted over the next decade.
