If you’re not a professional at whatever you are doing I subscribe to
“if you want it done right...DONT do it yourself”.
Typically, you will save money/make more money and definitely save time, stress, your marriage, whatever...by having a true pro drive your project (or sell your home in this case).
I’m in RE although not an agent and I have people all the time asking me how to sell their home (FSBO).
Honestly, you’re probably going to make more than $36k when you sell with a professional and save yourself all the trouble.
