My son wants to improve his althleticism and chances in football. It's pretty
Wild how much money you can spend
7on7 is becoming a big thing of you play one of those positions
Personal trainings
Group trainings
Football fees just for HS football will be $1000
Cost/time of driving him everywhere (he'll be going to school outside of our normal school)

It's all going to add up. And the more kids at each school that CAN afford it (we're not rich but we can make some of these things happen), the more talent they will have.
.I will, though, say that culture at some of these schools matters, too. We don't live in a "poor" area but the football culture here is WEAK. The school he will be going to has been working with upcoming freshmen for weeks, now. They can go to a weightlifiting and agility team "camp" starting next week for a month (the first if 2 of these). I haven't heard one word from where he is supposed to go about anything they are doing in the off-season. And I've even tried to reach out. Kearns has a good program, right now, and that's a "poor" school. But they have committed coaches and athletes.
