was to give his guards the green light to shoot whatever they wanted. The problem is that system only worked for Jimmer. It didn't work for Carlino. It didn't work for Nick Emery. Pope has a totally different system where 1-2 players aren't playing hero ball all game. Carlino had a long leash (which isn't his fault) and did what any kid in that situation would do. He did make some fantastic plays, but it was a sloppy system for anyone not named Jimmer.
