Not smart. I went to the orthopedic surgeon and had it verified that I broke my knuckle above my pinky. He said that I had three options. 1. I could pay for surgery and have him go in and pin everything back together until it heeled and then at a later date have another surgery to remove the hardware. My hand would heal up fine
2. I could have him pull and tug on my broken fingers to try and set the bones correctly and hope that they stayed in place inside of the cast while my hand healed. My hand would heal up fine
3. I could just get a cast on the hand how it was and everything would heal up just fine, maybe my pinky knuckle would be a little less pronounced. My hand would heal up fine

I chose the third option. Hand works great, it healed up fine. Pride is still healing.
