If it is 50/50 I would take the non-Hall option
If it is 50/50 I would take whoever the non-Hall option is because I am not convinced Hall can be healthy.
It would be a huge waist of time to give the first team reps and design an offense around Hall, only to have him go out in the Fall with another injury.
