Not even a little sense to it?
We have known that prior injury history is a predictor of future injury for a very long time. That is especially true for concisions.
"Players with a history of three or more previous concussions were three times more likely to have a concussion within the season than those without a history of a concussion."
I agree that injury history can't be the only factor, but it is a very sensible tie breaker.
